So when I saw the documentary "Eat, Fast and Live Longer" earlier today, I felt that this was the thing I wanted to do/ at least try out. The whole documentary was about many different fasts. One of them was the 5:2 diet (read more about it here). It's involves severe calorie restriction for 2 days/week and normal eating the other 5 days. There is not that much research about the diet, but the things I've read has been promising. So why would I do this? It makes your health much better (you should see the documentary to get more involved in it & the good things about it) and will help you to live longer.
Also, I need to research more about this before I start. Because my body isn't fully grown yet, so you aren't going to experiment that much about diets and fasts then. But, we'll see!
This maybe doesn't seems to be that fun, but I like to try out things like this. It's makes me excited. Also, I will maybe start to take diving lessons this summer!
